The Morocco Earthquake Relief Fund 2023 was opened by The Maldivian Red Crescent to collect funds towards the Emergency Appeal of IFRC to support the Moroccan Red Crescent's response efforts to a deadly 6.8 magnitude earthquake in Morocco which occurred on 8th September 2023. The fund was opened from 14th - 21st September 2023

The Morocco Relief Fund was opened by Maldivian Red Crescent on 14th September 2023, in response to Emergency Appeal by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) to respond to the earthquake in Morocco and support the relief efforts. The relief fund was opened from 14th – 21st September 2023. Donations collected through the Morocco Relief Fund will support the CHF 100 million Emergency appeal released by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) to provide humanitarian assistance to those affected by the Morocco earthquake.
